Abstracts are required for all oral and poster presentations. For complete instructions regarding abstract preparation and submission, please see the Call for Papers. The deadline for submitting abstracts for the 67th Annual NWFCC is October 14, 2016. Preference will be given to submissions that pertain to the NWFCC 2016 theme. However, all topics relevant to fish culture in the Northwest will be considered. Session topics may include:
- New technologies in aquaculture
- Hatchery operation and maintenance
- Research in aquaculture
- Fish health and nutrition
- Aquaculture in fisheries management
- Miscellaneous programs and techniques
Guidelines for abstract submission
Title– Center and bold title in Times New Roman, 12 point font, at top of abstract
Presenter– list authors and designate presenter by a “ * “ , employer or affiliation, mailing address, city, state, zip, phone and email should be included, superscript numbers can be used for authors with alternate contact information
Poster or Oral – Please indicate presentation type before the abstract
Abstract– (500 word limit) – Use Times New Roman Font / Size 12 in Microsoft Word
Tables or Figures– A table or figure can be included with the abstract, but the entire “expanded” abstract (abstract plus table or figure) is restricted to one page total.
Submission– Please submit by October 14, 2016 to beata.dymowska@dfw.wa.gov

Presentation– All presentations must be in PowerPoint, 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions.
