We invite your business to be present at the annual meeting of Fish Culture professionals in the Pacific Northwest. This event is only hosted once every eight years in Washington State. Representatives from fisheries departments in Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, Idaho, British Columbia, NOAA Fisheries, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, as well as Tribal delegates will be in attendance. Attendees supervise and crew numerous outdoor related, natural resource programs and facilities. If your company can relate to our work, we are interested in what you have to offer!
$500 – Vendor spaces are 8’x6’, and include an 8’x2’ table, two chairs, access to electricity, and two registrations.
While you are welcome to commute to the venue, there are hotel rooms available to vendors and attendees at the discounted rate of $98/night. There are hotel rooms available at Great Wolf Lodge, as well as Lucky Eagle Casino.
Additionally, we have opportunities for businesses to gain additional exposure through sponsorship and donations
- $100 – Break Sponsor – Name/Link on conference website, recognition in program agenda, and the opportunity to include an item in the gift bags.
- $250 – Social Sponsor – All opportunities for Break Sponsor, plus a ¼-page advertisement in the program agenda and your company name on conference signage.
- Gift Bags – Both sponsorship levels are invited to provide 300 of a small promotional item or brochure to be included with the gift bags handed out to the first 300 general registration attendees.
Donate your merchandise or logo-branded item
- Door Prizes – During the course of the conference, doors prizes are awarded to attendees. Gift Certificates, Shirts, Hats, Tools, etc, have all been popular. This is a great opportunity to provide additional visibility for your organization. Your organizations name and logo also will be included in a poster displayed in the conference area.
- Raffle Items – Higher dollar items will be offered in a raffle; proceeds go towards scholarships for local fisheries schools. Your name and logo will be displayed with the item during the duration of the conference, raffle held on the last day.
